Man this place is one of the best places I have ever lived. If anyone says different they are crazy as a loon. I know of one gentleman who the manager bent over backwards to help. He had loaned a man money and couldn't get it back and the manager made the man pay him back. She also got this man 2 beds when he broke them and didn't get any thanks for either thing she did for him.And the man cussed her when he moved. Can you believe it?
This is a wonderful place to live. If you are looking for a great place to live that is clean, quiet and friendly this is a place for you. Ms. Carol is the best.
The Boarding House is amazing and I love the landlord Mrs Carol. She is awesome!
Great place to stay!
Ive only heard of this place from a friend. I took him there when he was in need of housing. Christian based and warm welcoming. From what I recall you pay weekly, all utilities included,for a room with cable TV and I think 2 meals daily. If youre down and need a new start id recommend this boarding house solely based on what my friend told me about it.
Great and inexpensive place to stay. We have tenants that have been here for years and are like family. Every now and then we do get a bad one just like any where but I can assure you we will not put up.with them. The only complaints come from the ones we vacate due to alcohol drugs stealing or just being nasty. We don't put up with this kind of behavior. Please feel welcome to come see us anytime.
