I was excited to buy some locally dyed yarn and needles as I didn't bring mine from home. The first sales person was very friendly and helpful in pointing me to the right section with beautiful hand dyed yarns. I was there less than 60 seconds picking out my 30 skeins of yarn to start a new project. I had my 7 pound toy poodle, who was quiet in my shoulder bag, just poking out her head when an older woman approached me and asked loudly, \Is that a service dog?\ Even before I could answer, she announced in a very nasty tone, \We don't allow dogs here!\ I was floored by her extreme rudeness as was clear by her expression and tone and I just stared at her. I have never been treated so rudely in any YARN shop, of all places. I was immediately turned off and walked out of the store. I would've easily spent 100 on a few skeins of yarn and needles and they would've had a new customer as we have a house in Palmer Ranch we're moving to permanently soon. I will never set foot in this store again and try other shops or order online.

Wonderful selection of yarns. The Owner is very accommodating. A variety of classes with many pattern designers. And Knit Night is very special to meet with other knitters via Zoom.
One of the best , if not the best yarn store I’ve ever been too! Everyone and I mean everyone in the store makes you feel welcomed. The gals working in the store will bend over backwards to help you find exactly what you are looking for and if they don’t have it they will try and get it for you. I wish I had a store like this where I live!
