I love it here! The property is beautiful and maintained (they even just painted and put new roofs on). It's one of the few places in Sarasota with mature trees and landscaping. The lake is nice to walk around and they encourage dogs here! The staff is awesome. They are always friendly and on top of things. The maintenance staff is experienced, fast and clean. I've lived here for two years and plan on staying until I can afford a condo on the beach.

So glad I decided to rent an apartment at Gateway Lakes. I moved here in June and have found it to be very conveniently located for shopping and other local outings. I almost always find a shady parking space, as there are lots of mature trees around the parking areas. I love walking my dog on the path around the lake, and have found other pet owners are friendly and courteous about picking up after their pets. My apartment was renovated shortly before I moved in, and it is so awesome to have everything new. The office staff is very helpful, and had a few minor things taken care of pretty quick. Great decision to move here.

I have lived here for over five years. The maintenance staff and the office staff are amazing! Juan and Charvin, among others, are always quick to fix any maintenance issues. They know what they are doing, and they are very friendly and respectful. They remember me, I am not just a number. Brianna and April, among others, are really great office staff. They are super helpful and accommodating. And it is a pretty good feeling when you walk in and talk to one of them, and they don’t even need to look up your apartment number or ask your name. Just like any apartment complex there are good neighbors and bad neighbors, but overall I have had a great experience living here.

Visited a family friend whom lived here! Love the property! Especially all of the mature trees! Lots of shade which was great when we had a chance to take a walk, added bonus were the sounds nature/wildlife. Excellent amenities, the staff we did run into were very Friendly and pleasant. It's deff a place I would recommend in to friends and family that are looking for a place to call home. Can't beat the location!
