The deliveries are always on time and in the rare event that one of our machines is down or we are in need of an expedited coffee delivery, Aroma always comes through. The coffee and tea selections are fantastic and cost effective. The employees at Aroma treat our employees like family. I would highly recommend this company and the service they provide.

I'm very happy with Aroma Coffee Service. We have been a customer since Feb 2016 and everyone I deal with is super nice and friendly. Any time we need something in a hurry, one of the gentlemen go out of their way to bring it to us the very next day. Our driver Travis is super awesome and is always so nice. Our orders are always correct. This company gets 5 stars from me!!

We've used Aroma for many years now, and it's always so nice to see our rep, Mike Smeltzer drive up. He keeps us perfectly stocked with everything we need, coffee, paper products, and a great variety of creamers and such. We laugh because we know when we open the last box of something that he will be here the next day, and like clockwork, he shows up! The customer service is always great from delivery to the office staff, Aroma is a wonderful company to work with!
