Joining the IOP program at Centerpoint was the greatest step I took towards my recovery. The people I met through the group have become my sober community/family. The group is guided by incredible, caring therapists who take a dynamic approach to group therapy. I always felt completely safe to be myself and to share truthfully. This group inspired me to get excited about recovery and the life ahead of me.

CenterPointe has and continues to help me with difficulties I've wrestled for years.I have been through a slew different treatment programs that availed me limited relief, and temporary resolution at best. They're clinical services and staff and facilities are great, and further reaching than I have experienced along my journeys. Crainosacral Therapy sessions with Carrie have shifted me from a completely disrupted body presence, in both mental and physical anguish, to a better, more grounded Mind-Body-Spirit Connection that allows me to enjoy my present awareness and live in improving peace within myself, and the world around me. I noticed initial easement of anxiety and back pain right away, leading to more sustained pain and anxiety alleviation as our sessions progressed. Way beyond my expectations. Not to be missed!

My sibling was in the IOP program, and I was very happy with the communication and responsiveness from CenterPointe. My sibling was not committed to recovery so they relapsed while in the program. Carrie was fantastic and continues to be a caring resource. My sibling was out of their program yet Carrie participated in and was a HUGE help at our intervention to convince them to return to residential treatment. Carrie has demonstrated her strong commitment to the well-being of her patients, both current and past. I will be forever grateful to her.
