The gentleman that helped me was so sweet. He helped me right when I walked in and resized my watch in a matter of minutes. Very nice guy and great customer service. You can tell he has experience and knows what he is doing. I give him a 20 on a scale of 1-10. I will definitely consider him for any watch repair needs I have in the future.
