Although I have known Farrel a short time, I’ve the few months I’ve known her she has repeatedly proved herself to be the sort of person that is infallibly reliable. Whether it’s a random emergency situation or the consistency that daily care requires, she can always be counted on and her bright compassionate persona can likewise be relied upon by both human and animal friends alike.

I live in a building with 24 hour door personnel. Initially, I told her I would giver my spare keys and she could enter with my key fab at a side entrance and feed the cat by passing the doorman. Then I called the property manager and she said for the security of the security of the residents we hold the keys and have the sitters pick them up drop them off each time they come and go. So I conveyed that in a text to Farrel the owner of this one woman show business. She came over. I walked her through the building down to the doorman’s desk and back to my apartment, as it can be confusing in my building. Well much to my dismay, when I called the next evening and asked the weekend day, the girl working the desk said the keys were HAD NOT BEEN RETURNED THE NIGHT BEFORE AND SHE HAD NOT SEEN TGE PET SITTER AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT OR WHERE MY KEYS WERE. When I called Farrell , she became very defensive and then said, I will leave your money here since you weren’t satisfied. NOT SATISFIED?? Of course when I got home she had not left the money with the doorman like she said she would and I had to drive home a day early: UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE DISHONEST DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! Not good qualities in a pet sitter
Ferral is a true animal lover & passionate about what she does! She cared for my dog Cali & 3 cats while I was out of town. No worries here!!
