I had my son’s ears pierced here and they got infected even though we cleaned them properly. My daughter went to get her second hole pierced here and also ended up having them infected even thus she made sure to clean her piercings religiously. Save your money and go somewhere else preferably a tattoo shop that uses high quality jewelry.

While I was there with my friends, this short, brunette, hispanic lady would not stop following us around. I never felt comfortable in the store because of this lady and I couldnt look around the store without feeling like I had 50 eyes watching my movements. She made me very uncomfortable and the lady was so incredibly rude whenever I tried to look at something. She wouldnt let my friends or i leave until she knew we had put everything back in its place. I will never go back to this store because of this lady. I felt like I was being profiled for how i look and I was being stalked. Icing cannot be hiring people who are going to profile anyone who walks into the store as dangerous or evil. I am not evil or bad. I am a young girl who was shopping for christmas gifts for my friends. I have no ill intent, I just want to find nice things for my friends. Icing needs to fix this problem with there employees being overbearing to their customers because i know that I am NEVER coming back, nor will my friends. This problem with the lady happened multiple times with different people, so I am not being biased or anything.
