i went here with my boyfriend one time and we had a pretty good experience. the food was pretty good for the price it cost and you also get a good amount of it. the customer service was alright too. i definitely recommend this place :).

Jpan has consistently been one of our favorites. I would normally never leave a less than great review but my husband and I were there yesterday the service was not great. We were seated, and then we sat for quite a while before another couple was seated, and waited on, we still had not even been acknowledged. More of the experience though was the overall lack of cleanliness. The restaurant was really dirty- there was a table full of dirty dishes next to us, that was there when we arrived, and was cleared just before we left. The women’s restroom was so incredibly filthy that I walked right back out. Super bummed to have this experience as the food is always great and it really is one of our favorites.

For our first time eating IN the restaurant in over a year we were underwhelmed. We love the food and do carry out regularly. Trying to use our own phones as a menu was unnecessarily difficult, really annoying, and ruined the experience of eating in a restaurant. Please bring back paper menus, or at least give the option upon request. There have been numerous studies showing that COVID-19 doesn't spread through surfaces, so I don't know why you don't have them. **EDIT** Now that the CDC has finally updated their guidance about COVID surface contagion, can you please bring back actual menus? I'd like to keep my phone in the car when I eat out with my wife.

We had the best time ever thanks to our server she was attentive but not overbearing. She brought our delicious food out at a speedy pace and was friendly and helpful the entire time. I will be back. And thank you Lourdes for making our dining experience amazing.

Absolutely love it here. Every meal has been spot on, at least 15 visits since we've moved into town. It's become one of our regular go-to places.

Lunch was okay, nothing to rant about. I had the veggie tempura box and the avocado and broccoli were turning brown. We sat outside and the chair cushions are stained and ripped. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Service and food were just okay. There are so many other (and better) places at UTC.

Wonderful service and experience. However, sushi rice has room for improvement. It was more moist than the typical sushi rice at finer sushi restaurants.
