Had a 5 Star experience with Kavi and Carrie at the Bobbi Brown and MAC Cosmetics counters! Blown away by the attentive, friendly customer service. Lots of sales going on and they definitely got me to spend more than I came I for but I am so happy about it.

Sign at entry doors say Masks Required. 3 young adults ahead of me in line did not wear masks. No Macy employee questioned them. In fact joked with them etc.

The store its self if good but the bathrooms.....it was like using a gas station bathroom. It was disgusting, was almost tempted to leave just to find another bathroom. If your going to offer a public restroom you need to keep up with them. I expected more from Macy's at UTC.

Clerk was a little rude, prices were high. Not real happy with purchase. But it's a nice store, this visit just wasn't that great

Didn't honestly spend enough time in the store for much of an informed opinion. I drove down from Bradenton to pick up an online order. Overall service was fine from the associate who retrieved my purchase. Store was clean, stocked and appeared well staffed. About what I expected from a Macy's located within the UTC Mall.
