Awesome. Used this company several times before for work and have been very happy with the results. If you want a quick turnaround then you have to pay for rush printing and shipping. Everything you need to know is on the website. Just read everything carefully, as you would any other site. If your resolution isn't SUPER high you're going to get an email that it's blurry. As long as it's moderately blurry it will look fine. Most of my standups were moderately blurry and they looked great. The company has done a great job with communication and getting everything out in a timely manner. Will use again and would recommend.

Staff advised if image was suitable. Once order was placed, received email updates every step of the process. Fast processing and shipping. Cutout looked great!!
I could not be happier with the service and quality of product that I received. The customer service rep worked patiently with me as i decided just how i wanted to have my cut outs made.The cutouts were here in a timely manner as promised and were the hit of my son's 30th birthday party.
TERRIBLE, RUDE, and LATE: I used this company because they did a wonderful job with my girlfriends party. So wonderful that she raved about them. I gave them a full 15 to make my stand up, called and emailed multiple times and they ASSURED me OVER AND OVER I would receive my a life size stand up for my girlfriends 35 Surprise Birthday Party. Well its now the day of the party and it is NOT here. The manager was ZERO HELP and Blamed the entire thing on the USPS. He took ZERO Responsibility for his companies lack of communication! I've never been so disappointed in a company! If I could give them NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!
OMG I love these! ordered 4 foot cutouts of my parents at their original wedding and kissing in their front yard when they were dating 60 YEARS AGO! for their 60th anniversary! I can't accurately describe the joy when I opened them and saw my young parents so youthful, happy, and in love. GREAT quality - even for old pics. Just make sure you scan them really large like I did - they come out great. Thanks Party Standups!
Very disappointed! We don't have the product yet so I can not speak on that. We paid 28 for 3 day shipping so we would have a cut out of our Sailor for our family picnic. Today is the 4th day and it has not even shipped. Apparently I would have had to pay another 25 for rush production! Having a child in the military is difficult for sure. They miss a lot of family gatherings to protect our country. We thought this would be fun and we were excited to surprise our sailor with pictures of him "at" the family picnic. After speaking with the company my only option was to pay more to have it overnighted and hope it made it here early enough to come with us. Pay more!?! Very disappointed in the "customer service" I really dislike doing bad reviews however I am truly disappointed.
Awful. I received a product that was printed great but bent during shipping. Tried contacting and never heard back. Eventually called and got a hold of someone who promised to resolve the problem and never did. Tried calling again after and the line was disconnected. Ended up having to buy a new product from elsewhere and just wasted money on this company for a product which was delivered damaged. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. Only time they were quick to reply was when my credit card sent them a dispute claim.
Giant custom cardboard cutouts? Who knew they could be this EASY?! My daughter wanted a Minecraft-themed birthday party, and I wanted to surprise her with something really special and memorable. So, I turned to the magic of the Internet... I found an image of a creeper character online and ordered a 4 ft cardboard cutout from Party Standups online. Apparently the photo resolution was too low, so I got a call from Chris in their customer service department. I was surprised they took the time and effort to call me, rather than just send me the blurry stand-up I had ordered. So nice!! One high-resolution Google image search for creepers later, I was good to go. Let me tell you, my 6-year-old's reaction when I paraded a 4-foot creeper through the front door in the middle of her birthday party was PRICELESS! :) She loves that piece of cardboard so much, I have photos of her hugging it (they're the same height!) and dressing it up with clothes and jewelry, lol! Fast-forward to my other daughter's birthday, and that giant creeper was such a big hit, I knew I had to call my friends at Party Standups again. My 10-year-old is obsessed with collecting Littlest Pet Shop toys, so I snuck into her bedroom and took my own photos of her two favorite pets. I was able to use the camera on my phone to take good photos, thanks to Chris's tips. (Lighting makes a huge difference, so take your photos in good lighting or use a flash.) That creeper got so much love (abuse) that I decided to upgrade to plastic cutouts this time. They came out awesome!! My daughter was thrilled, and I felt like a rock star. The plastic was totally worth it -- that was 2 months ago, and they still look perfect. (Unlike poor Mr. Creeper, who's looking a little rough around the edges!) So now I recommend Party Standups to anyone who will listen. Great idea, great customer service, great product!
