I have attended 3 classes and they were all great! The food was wonderful and the chefs were very experienced, engaging and fun.

Awesome experience. They cooked 4 delicious and creative courses right in front of us, shared recipes, cooking tips and more. Not to mention the wine that didn't stop flowing, they did a spectacular job keeping us all entertained and enjoying our evening. Thank you!

Chef’s Jim and Ed were remarkable with each demonstration they gave alternative ingredients that can be used in each dish. This is truly a hidden gem, it’s worth every dime, and I enjoyed every minute!

My 3rd time attending the Aprons cooking school and this one didnt disappoint either. Was the Big, Bad , Bold Reds wine pairing. With Lamb, swordfish and short ribs. Dessert was chocolate truffles with raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries. Pours were generous. They offer 20% off of the wines featured., kitchen gadgets. If your lucky to catch a celebrity chef night, they will sign their cook books . I was bad with names on this visit. I remember chef Ed ..they were all great. Engaged in conversation. The timing of meals and pours was perfect. Food was delicious . This is a great date night idea. It was not the hands on class so you could relax and enjoy the evening. This is perfect for a large group, ladies night . A perfect gift for a newly wed couple. Publix has a great concept here. They could expand the size of room but maybe its kept small and intimate for a reason. We really enjoyed the evening watching the demonstrations, techniques and good company.
