Ride and Paddle was awesome! My husband and I rented a scooter car for three days and absolutely loved it. It was the best purchase. Phil so awesome to talk with. We Also went down to the Turtle Beach area and rented kayaks from R&P and the attendant was ready for us with a map of the bay and different points we could stop at. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend!

Ride and Paddle is the perfect place for beginner kayakers because some of the trip is only in 1-3 feet of water, and the guy at the launch, Craig, was the absolute best. He was the perfect person to get our kayaking trip off to a good start. He was kind, helpful, and most of all, he seemed like a really genuine guy. I am super glad we happened upon this rental company because it was the perfect environment to introduce kayaking to our girls. I think our family will be avid kayakers from here on out. Thanks, Craig!

This is an honest business. They allowed me to use two bikes over the course of a week according to the kind of riding I was going to do: a geared bike for the Legacy Trail and a beach cruiser for the shoreline. There was no upcharge for this. Rentals include a cable/lock and a helmet. The ladies in the shop were very helpful in showing me the shortcuts to the Legacy Trail from Siesta Key. The bikes are almost new and in excellent repair. The Legacy Trail is a Rails-to-Trails initiative and to this mountain rider, was a bit flat but a nice ride nevertheless. These are good folks to rent from.
