I was there today to get some things looked at on my 20 year old Babylock Imagine serger. The auto threading of loopers was not working and the tower that holds the cones was not staying in. It came off in my hand and would not stay in place. Machine was useless without these parts functioning. James was the tech who examined my machine. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful and answered my questions as to what I could do myself if future problems developed. He cleaned my looper self threading mechanism and showed me how to do it myself with a little wire that was in my accessories box. He fixed the tower quickly and easily. The screw holding it in place had fallen out of where it should be and he realigned it and screwed the tower back in. Tada! All was fixed while I waited for 15 mins max and double tada! No charge. So, that was great service. When I inquired, James found an associate in sales that told me how much I would get off a new machine if I traded this one in. James provided overall excellent customer service and I would trust that my machine would be competently taken care of there and at the best price to me should it need service in the future. Also, I was greeted and had the door held open for me by a very sweet blonde lady whose name I have forgotten. Overall, my experience there was praiseworthy from start to finish.

I went in looking for a specific machine I had my heart on, unfortunately they didn't have one in stock. Aaron was extremely helpful telling me the problems that machine was experiencing. I had no idea. I did call other retailers and they also told me about the same problems. Aaron was so helpful to show me a better machine for a little more in price. It actually has dozens of more features the other machine did not. I am so happy with my purchase and they were kind enough to give me classes to help me master of my machine.
