I was having a problem with my 2018 MacBook Pro that another local Mac shop wasn’t able to successfully fix after a couple of times in the shop. Thought it was likely an expensive hard drive issue. Brought it to The Apple Core and they fixed the non-hardware issue right the first time and even cleaned up some buildup from a keyboard protector that was stubbornly on the screen which I wasn’t able to remove. Very pleased and will take my Apple products here first the next time!

I could not speak more highly about the support and service I received from Severo Rivera at Apple Core. He had helped my wife with several issues successfully last year so upon her recommendation Severo upgraded/transferred all my info / applications from my 8 year old iMac to a new M1 mini. He then helped one-on-one to clean up and train me on aspects of the new machine, plus gave good (but no pressure) advice on upgrading my backup disk drive and keyboard. I very highly recommend Severo and Apple Core.

After my iphone mysteriously died, the guys at The Apple Core were able to diagnose the issue and repair the phone within 30 minutes. Unfortunately the repair didn't last and required a return visit, which they immediately addressed. I've relied on this company several times over the last five years for all my computer servicing and upgrades. They are professional, fully disclosed their pricing, meet their estimates for repair time and are honest....Highly Recommend.

Awesome staff. Very helpful and informative. Handicapped parking and building access. Got my charging cord and an adapter for my laptop and got me on my way. Also saved me 50 dollars. Get place for your computer needs.

Brutal experience. They told me they could fix my device after I sent a detailed description and pictures via email. I dropped it off and hear nothing for 5 days until I had to call them. Then they quoted me a price that was higher than it cost to buy a new one. Their response was “sorry that’s what the owner said the price is”... because that’s helpful. I declined service and said I would be in to pick it up next day. I showed up and they gave it back to me in pieces! I asked for it to be put back together and they said no one there could do it and they brought me out tools to do it myself! In short, terrible service and high prices stay far away!
