Dave did an amazing job restoring the terribly damaged army photo of my late uncle. I know there are never any guarantees but if there was anyone that could at last try, it was Dave. It came out amazing. I also ordered a large print so I could take it to be dry mounted for display at my uncle’s service. It means the world to me that I can honor my uncle, his service, and his life. Thanks again, Upshot Video Productions. You all are fantastic!
I found some old mini videos that I suspected had some precious memories of family who have passed. I called a place closer to where I live and they said it would not be until after Christmas that they could expect it back. That was my first concern, they were sending it out to another place, so I needed another option. I was recommended to contact upshot and I am so VERY pleased. They were very good at explaining the process, that everything stayed in house, that it would take 1-2 weeks (before Christmas), that they would transfer to a special disc that would last 100 years (sounds super impressive). It was ready in about a week, I went to pick up the finished product and the fee was less than the originally quoted fee. One of the tapes only had a few minutes of recording and they did not charge for it. I highly recommend the duo at upshot. Thank you for my finished products and my preserved memories.
