This was quite literally like stepping back in time! This is old Florida, old Sarasota, your typical breakfast diner. While I didn't quite fit in with the regular crowd they warmed up to me. The furnishings are preserved from decades ago, and the food is very straight forward, nothing fancy, it was good, just kind of plain. I would go back. This is a CASH only location, so be prepared!

Wait staff was especially helpful , and the food was good. The building itself was not very nice, but I will take a dive with good food and nice staff over a nice place with mediocre food and rude staff. Apparently elvis ate her twice when he was in town for a show.

My family and I enjoyed a good breakfast on a rainy October morning. Great local eatery, Sharon is friendly and helpful. Quick service, good food. If you are looking for fresh inspired tapas this IS NOT your place. Cash only!
