I am so grateful, they went over and above to help me. My stove (purchased 17 years ago)was serviced in July to prepare for winter turn on. Yesterday was the first time I turned it on and found that the pilot light would not stay on. I called and they were incredibly helpful and helped me fix the problem, now the heat is on. That level of customer service is rare these days and so very much appreciated. Thank you !!

Just me

I gave a 2500 dollar deposit for install of gas insert for my fireplace in late Aug 2020. Install day was set up for November show up with wrong stove wont work so now I have to wait to reorder again no not happening. Tried blaming manufacturers but how can they do that when they had my stove in their possession for 3 weeks and never checked to see if it was the right stove or not
