We attended the snowmobile rally hosted by the resort on 2/25-28/21 and had so much fun. The food in the restaurant was over the top every night and the staff was extremely accommodating. The staff was so friendly and always had a smile on there face. There is something great going on here and it transfers through the staff to the guest. To have a wonderful brewery there on site to tour and be able to drink great brews was a treat all in in its own. They even provided excellent bar service while you were in the hot springs pool. They had a hot lunch for us and fires to stay warm by up at the trailhead for us. The staff interacted with the event as friends, you can tell they all love being there. When they weren't taking care us, they were hanging out with us after hours. Doc, Mike, Rene, Sylvia, Tiffany, Kate, Rich, and all the ladies at the front desk that were always so helpful. We have already booked our room for New Years!!! I cant wait to go back!!! Our 11 year old son will love it.

The cutest little resort! Everything was warm and inviting, the springs were restorative and relaxing. And the Snowy Mountain Brewery did not disappoint! Absolutely everything blew us away with how delicious it was. I would love to bring my parents here for a week of relaxation.

We stayed at the resort this past weekend for a private event and I cant express enough how wonderful our time was. The resort staff was so accommodating and truly cared about our stay. The amenities like the hot springs and spa were a wonderful add on to our dream weekend. Beyond the service, the food was so tasty and prepared to a very high degree. I would recommend this place to anyone

The HUGE hot springs pool was the best part. We also enjoyed the outdoor dining at the restaurant. The standard queen room we had was very small though. Definitely gives you that rustic experience. The big pool is closed on Tuesdays for cleaning, fyi.

They don't care! I emailed the resort and spoke to the staff about the numerous issues I encountered on my stay and they do not care! No one responded to my email and all I got was a "sorry" from staff. I planned this trip with my husband for a surprise birthday getaway for him and it was less than stellar. The brewery seemed like it couldn't handle the number of tables it had, no one came to check on us when we got our food and my husband's food wasn't correct. It took so long to get anyone's attention he had already eaten his meal and wanted to leave. The breakfast at the Silver Saddle was not worth the price and the menu was unclear. We asked for one glass of mimosa each and received two personalized bottles and orange juice on the side which is not what we wanted. We told the staff but they didn't seem to care. The pools are lined with algae to the point where people have drawn crude images at the bottom of it. We told the front desk staff that there was a group of people by the pools that had been playing music, singing, bringing coolers with alcohol, and serving minors. I voiced these concerns, got an apology and was even told they know who the group was! My husband and I returned to the pools before our massages today and saw another group (possibly the same as described before) drinking, pouring unfinished alcohol into the pools, using glass containers, eating and dropping food into the pools, and again, playing music. I saw a female from the front desk come by the area, look directly at the group and proceed to do nothing about it. This save female was up front when I voiced my original complaint. The sink was clogged and the showers were cold every night of our stay. I don't plan on coming back. Save your time and money, go to the hobo pools (free hot springs in town). Those are actually clean and the restaurants in town have better staff and food for reasonable prices. EDIT: Thank you for your response. I genuinely appreciate it.

Really expensive hotel. Like 230 a night expensive. I know it's a hot springs but just go to the hobo pool for free. Pretty strict about music near the pool and coolers. There is 2 or 3 nice workers but that's about it. So they won't allow any music at all near the pool but some girls can be in a small thong in the pools. Could see her butt then some. Like it's a family place. Owner will let that happen but no music or being loud in the pool. Owner sees mean and has workers yell at you instead of doing it himself. Not as fun as expected.

For nearly 200 per night and being a "resort" you would think there would be shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. One might also assume there wouldn't be hair in the bath tub, peeling wallpaper and paint in the bathroom and great stuff foam insulation oozing out from around the tub. Hot pools walking distance from your room, THAT WAS GREAT!
