One of the most authentic and exciting restaurants to open in Miami Beach in ages, this ultra-friendly restaurant has made fast friends of the neighborhood around Sunset Harbor. The young staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Highlights on the lengthy menu of rustic dishes include spaghetti bottarga, orecchiette with wild boar sausage and nearly melted broccoli di rabe pesto. Salt-crusted branzino, prepared in the wood-burning oven, is a masterpiece. The fantastic, value-priced wine list is always a winner. Best to go with a crowd and share a platter of thinly sliced meats and cheeses with vegetables roasted in the wood-burning oven. Order a plate of crackly rosemary carasatu bread, too. Desserts, like the millefoglie with nutella and pastry cream, are as addictive as this new hot spot.: New Times: Best of Miami 2007

Decided at the last minute that we wanted to go out to dinner on the holiday. Checked with an online reservation 3rd party and they showed (while we were in the parking) that Sardinia was booked for 45 minutes. Decided to go in anyway. They confirmed that they were booked for 30 minutes but if we had a seat at the bar they would try and accommodate us as soon as possible. We got a table in 15 minutes and enjoyed the music and the excellent Italian meal and Cappuccino afterwards!

We had a great lunch. Food was tasty and fresh. Pizza made by chef Roberto Was spectacular. The place is very beautiful and staff are very kind. I will definitely come again.

I have read about their initial restaurant in Miami beach and now they have opened a second location. Friends who are foodies raved about this place. So we decided to go after attending an art gallery opening. It was a Friday at around 7:30 and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Our waiter Stephen was very good. On Fridays, they have scotches on special depending on the hour 7PM 7, 8pm 8. Started with Moscardini, baby octopus, celery, black olives, and tomato that Stephen recommended and he was right, very good. It was a shame since I was really looking forward to eating here.

Good portions, fresh food cooked in house. Loved the skirt steak. Good happy hour. Watch for special as it could get pricey, we came on a Monday when everything was half priced

Went here the other date. It was pretty empty and I don't remember our waiters name but he was super nice, informative and always coming over to check on us. I felt bad because we came almost there closing time but we didn't feel rushed at all. The specials they had were good prices and the food was awesome. I recommend.
