Very competent and organized staff. No standing around waiting, they had their truck waiting on moving day, and facilitated our group at every turn. Plus reasonable rates. Nothing bad to say.

Complex in Middletown is clean and the office staff are a pleasure to work with! I have had storage units multiple times throughout the years and I keep coming back because of the quality of the facility and staff and they are competitively priced as well!
Very clean and helpful! The women's bathroom, was stocked with soap and paper towels. The hallway walls and floors, was freshly painted. Sanitizer available in office. Plastic shield, between staff and customers, was up in office. The lighting was very good, and I didn't need to use the large flashlight that I brought. I highly recommend this business!
