I love this place! I go to Julia and she does a great job! She's very sweet and the laser hair removal procedure is very fast and efficient. I was recommended to her by my daughters who also get work done by her. The clinic is kept clean and there are safety measures being taken for covid. Highly recommend!!

Satori laser in Hicksville is a very nice clean facility and everyone here is great with guiding through the process. Even during these covid times they take their time and keep the facility sanitized and clean. Lana is my technician who is super amazing. She keeps me distracted during the procedure and explains every step of the way of what she is doing. I’ve had a very great experience here. Originally I started out with 1 area session and then eventually signed up for more. I will keep going here unless I move away from the area. If u can then try and get session with Lana. I mean everyone else is good too.

I've been coming to Satori Laser for about 6 months. The spa is beautiful, all white very modern and serene. I have been here about 4 times with esthetician Mimi for laser hair removal of underarms, feet, chin, and Brazilian. Mimi is very knowledgable in her craft, very friendly and she will make you feel comfortable throughout the quick procedure. Satori Laser has great sales on their websites for package deals (these change frequently). There is a small parking lot in the front of the spa.

I have been going to Satori for 6 months now to get laser hair removal for my face and neck. I have seen incredible results! I used to have to remove my facial hair everyday. Now I literally grow 0 hair on my face and neck which is a huge relief. My technician, Julia, is absolutely amazing. She makes me feel extremely comfortable and adjusts her speed based on my pain level. I have to take frequent breaks due to the pain and she is always kind and makes sure I am ok before continuing. Everyone else I have interacted with at Satori has also been great and helpful. Would recommend Satori Laser to anyone!!

Satori is amazing and so is everyone there! Everyone at the front desk is very nice and the entire facility is very clean and maintained. I’ve had five sessions so far with Julia and she is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and kind. You’ll feel very comfortable asking her any questions. I look forward to the rest of my sessions with her!
