Great place. PETE, the owner, bends over backwards to help and make calls if you have any problems. The Girls at the desk/cash register are also very friendly and happy to help you out. Very clean. Highly recommended.

I will never use them again as Pete the owner of Saugerties Pharmacy is non-compliant with NYS Medicaid laws re: medication co-pay deferrals. He was very rude to the reps at MVP as well as my case worker. He is quoted as saying, " No law or official of NYS is going to tell me how to run my business" and slammed the phone down. We contacted another local Pharmacy and they are more than willing to help me out. The big guy wins and the little guy, Pete loses. Also the ladies that work the counter need to further their educations as well re: the aforementioned as they both told me untruths about the program causing me further undue stress and aggravation.
