I was at a Sweet 16 and two Balloonatics employees came in with balloons. Come to find out from the host they were two hours late and the party had already started! The worst part was they were so tangled the female employee was trying to untangle them by using her mouth to hold some of the strings. Extremely unprofessional. One of the guests literally had to start using scissors to cut the strings. I was thinking of using this company for balloons at my daughters sweet sixteen but was discouraged by their tardiness and lack of professionalism. If I could put zero stars I would.
My go to place if I ever need balloons filled. I have been using them for years and have never had a problem.
I just used Balloonatics for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah! They did an awesome job! On time, very friendly and easy to work with!
