I love, love, love this company!! Idalia Garcia is best!!!! She is super friendly and always helpful. I have ordered many times from her and her company and am now a loyal customer! They always know the latest trends and carry the newest molds and truffle wrappers that no one else has. Great customer service and very attentive to details!! Normally other companies will not catch a customer’s mistake in ordering multiple times in a row, but Idalia did, and credited me back. How amazing is that?? A few times, I placed an order and several hours later I received a shipping confirmation. Lightening fast work! Thank you, Idalia Garcia, Cristiane Cox, and the rest of your team for working around the clock to get my things to me in such a timely manner. I have no complaints and I highly recommend Idalia and her company!!!!

So satisfied and happy with the molds that I ordered/received from Forminhas that I almost want to keep them a secret. The price is right, each order was received packed to satisfaction, and their customer service is excellent. Every order placed has had a quick turn around with no issues with delivery. Would definitely recommend
I absolutely love this company! I have had the best customer experience ever. The owner Idalia Garcia was gracious in my refund due to a missing mold insert. I contacted her the day I received my order with photos, and she promptly replaced the mold. The products are as stated on her website! Idalia goes above and beyond to ensure your order is completed, fulfilled and correct. I won't go anywhere else for my baking supplies..shipping is extremely quick.. I just wish she had a store front here in NC!
Idalia & Christine are amazing! I have ordered multiple times online for my business and I will continue to order from them as much as possible. The customer service is excellent. There have been a number of times that I had questions and the response time was super quick. The products are second to none. Would not even think of ordering molds from somewhere else. I find myself ordering more and more. I cannot get enough of the superior products offered.
Forminhas Boston is AMAZING! Idalia and her team always take care of their customers. After about a dozen orders totalling close to 100 molds, I've only had one shipping delay and that was the Post Office, NOT Idalia. The molds are great quality and she is constantly working with the manufacturer to bring us new designs. You won't find a better supplier!
Idalia is a champ!!!! I had a slight problem and within seconds, she came to a resolution without no hesitation. She’s passionate about her work and extremely down to earth.
