If you've ever been to The Continental, it's the same as you remember (hopefully very good). The service and food is very good. They still bring warm popovers, sweet little fritters and bean dip. I know of one person that likes the dip and it's not me. The Continental scallops and steaks are delicious. The prices are very reasonable. The service was excellent.

Old World charm. Awesome staff, great food and service. 3.5 lb baked stuffed lobster, stuffed with claw meat and more lobster. They have an extensive menu to satisfy everyone.
I admire this restaurant! They prepare splendid meals, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that restaurant is well trained, I like very much eating all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh, the service towards the customers is nice. I often go to this place and I was never unhappy. I recommend it with no hesitation.
The true jewel of Rt. One!! This restaurant has stood the test of time! Wonderful staff, incredible food, great old Boston charm and atmosphere! All staff is friendly and professional, Saugus and Rt.One would not be the same without it!
Old money type of place... good service, good food and prices are a little high but its worth the experience. Seafood platter is good. Shrimp and lobster scampi good. No pics, sorry but our plates were left clean.
