Terrible experience all around. Very unsatisfied with the actual work itself, the time they took as well as the communication or more like the complete lack of communication. They changed design and windows without ever asking us and then made us pay extra. We honestly should still be looking into a law suit against them but we’re so sick of dealing with them we just wanted to move on with our lives. We highly recommend NEVER working with this company.

Had them come out for an estimate on an insurance claim to our bathroom. Called numerous times about the estimate as we are living in a hotel until it can be done. After asking numerous times and getting fed bs about needing something from the insurance company we still have heard nothing. Jim claimed he was going to contact our insurance, 2 days later and us nor the insurance have heard anything.

I called DG Homes and Remodeling about my siding they installed a few years ago because I have a insulation problem.I had Pro Tech look at the problem and they told me it was a installation problem when they put the siding on and told me to call DG Homes.I call DG and the guy said he would get back to me I waited 2 weeks and he never got back to me so I called twice more and they never got back to me.I guess they do no want to help there customers and now I have to call someone else.Would never recommended them.
