Respectful, thinks ahead, charges a fair price, has great communication, wears Red Wings, he was on time, makes recommendations that don't benefit him but would be best for the homeowner, does clean work, has a positive attitude, and has a passion for his industry. I had a neighbor that looked at a crack in my garage floor and said I likely had a void that needed to be mud jacked. Got a hold of Kyle and requested an estimate. Kyle stopped in and took a look and informed me that there was no void and that no work was needed. I really appreciate Kyle's honesty and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done. It's hard to find an honest person especially when it comes to getting estimates.
