I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment for a skimmer leak repair, which is on my pool deck. In response to owner’s reply, there was no need for immersion into my pool for the estimate or repair. When I called him at 9:45 am for his ETA, he laughed and said, “oh, was that appointment for today, lol?!” Totally unprofessional and irresponsible!

Savage Pools is the only company that was able to fix my spa. I had several others come out and they couldn’t help me. Tom and his crew were in and out in one day, they are very friendly and affordable. I definitely recommend them.
