The man was very helpful. Took a chance to help me get my man out. Plus it was raining and he gave me a ride to the jail and only charged me 5 dollars instead of a uber that would've been 8 dollars. Im thankful for his help

Absolutely the worst company we have ever had to do business with. A family member got into minor trouble and had to be bailed out of jail. A Brighter Day provided this service. The matter was adjudicated in the third week in July and all court matters satisfied immediately. It took at least two phone calls per week and hearing multiple excuses (lies) before we finally received our portion of the bond back from the company. This went on until October. They told us things like they had to wait to see what the court says, the person that writes the checks is out of town, we wrote the check but it was the wrong amount, to the check is in the mail, and many more. Hopefully we will never have any issues arise that need a bail bondsman, but a brighter day will never be our choice again. These people seem to want you to get frustrated and quit calling so they can keep your money.
