Good course. Back 9 was closed due to excessive rain but the course is fun enough that the same 9 was fun enough to play twice. Greens were not the best but given the weather we have had in the past few months, its understandable

Great course and wasn’t too busy and we didn’t feel very rushed. Service was meh felt very rushed. Course was nice but the 9th hole finishes in the middle of the course. If you’re walking it’s a nice walk but be prepared to walk all the way back. The golf carts are well equipped and even has an iPad with course information. While we liked walking the cart might have worked better as it had more information on the course (distance, maps, etc.) Defiantly will visit if in the area again.

Much Improved and still getting better! I played Bacon park on 10/31 for the first time since May 2018. The course is in much better shape. The fairways are green with a nice amount of \fluff\ but still firm enough to get good roll-out. The classic Donald Ross design is fun - offers a challenge for skilled players, but is also friendly for beginners. This course is also perfect for walking! It is obvious the maintenance staff are working hard getting the course in better condition. It's nice to see the progress! A few of the greens have areas that are under repair, several greens were recently punched, but at least you can tell they are headed in the right direction. Overall, it's an enjoyable course with nice scenery and lots birds!

This course is absolutely beautiful. They have really fixed this course up beautifully. The older gentleman behind the counter was so sweet even gave us some free range balls and a hot-dog! We will definitely be back !!

I was in town for Memorial Day and decided to come hit a few ball's at the range. The guys at the course made me feel at home. Plenty of laughs and the course seems to be in good shape. Very reasonable rates.
