Joel was prompt, friendly, courteous and very patient with us; especially my wife who couldn't quite seem to get the hang of the sliding door on the van. It was a smooth ride to and from both locations--and he dropped us off and picked us up at the curbside at both places. If we're ever in Savannah again, we plan to call upon him. Thank you, Joel--you definitely have a Hot Shot Taxi service!!
