The 1 star posted without my knowledge. We actually had a great experience at the museum. The staff were both wonderful and knowledgeable about the art. All members truly made family feel welcome. Changed to 4 star experience, would love to come back.

If you like MODERN art, you will enjoy this thoughtfully curated small museum. We went at 3:30 on a Friday and got discounted admission! Unless you are someone who enjoys staring at everything for an hour, honestly, an hour is all you need. All the docents know a lot of about the art and can give you insight to the pieces you are looking at. I really enjoyed knowing some of the back story and inspiration behind the works. I think it's a worthy place to go.
Cool museum, lots of interesting exhibits and a ton of guides to answer questions. Free for military
This museum abuses betta fish. I will be looking into ways to report both the artist Carlos Garaicoa and the museum itself for animal neglect and cruelty. The betta fish that is being abuse in in less than a cup of of water. Anyone who knows anything about Betta fish knows that this is not right. This is unethical and a great shame on SCAD.
Shows up now and through the beginning of this year are strong.
