All the incense I have purchased in a variety of scents always smell good. I recently ordered fragrance oil with the information I found online. I wanted masculine scented oils and after doing my research I choice a few but I was disappointed in the actual scents not their quality. The other oils I ordered that I was familiar with I love.. I did burn them in boiling water and even the ones I was not fond of did smell good and the scents did fill the air and last. Again the scents I did not like had nothing to do with their quality just the idea I had in my head and what was reality. Next time I will take advantage and order their samples before investing in bottles ..

I place an order early this year. It was originally for pickup. They took a long time to process my order. Then soon after covid19 strike. They call me to let me know pickup was not available. And the i have to pay 15 to have my order shipped to me. I summited my payment as instructed. They never reached out. I try to call never got an answer. Going to the website for three months. They updated the website an finally they had an email to get in touch. I send and email. They acted like I never make the payment. I have to submit my paid order confirmation and my PayPal invoice showing I make every single payment. Worst customer service they said everything because of covid19 just to hide the fact the provided a bad service. At the end they offered to shipped my order two days after my complaint. I said no and requested refund of my order. I mentioned to them I won't recommend doing business with them. Sorry!

Love this place. Huge selection of true-to-life fragrance oils. Their key notes selection is on point. Incredibly quick shipping (I receive most orders within 1 day after shipping). I've used their custom fragrance service, too, and was very happy with the finished product. The website can be a bit cumbersome to use until you get the hang of it.
Ordered many samples, they arrived faster than I expected, very well packaged and all accounted for. Going to take me a little while to get a feel for all of the them as some I have tested so for today have been nice and strong. Some of these novelty scents are flippin awesome! So excited to find a fragrance oil supplier that ventures outside the norm! Highly recommend!
