CONS: Buyer Beware - Pulled a bait and switch on us. They told us how many seats their planes held, and the weight capacities. So we weighed every bit of gear ensuring we were well under weight, and had it clearly documented in email we were bringing exactly 8 people. They showed up with two planes with a maximum capacity of holding 6 and told us on the tarmac we had to buy a third plane for 500 more if we wanted to fly. We pre-arranged this months in advanced. We paid the amount. After the trip, we contacted the office, and they told us it was our fault for not understanding their system. We were told a manager/owner would call us in a day. When we didn't hear from anyone tried to follow up they wouldn't answer unless we called them from an unknown number (Screening our calls to avoid us) Weeks later a very kind new front desk person answered the call, and the owner called us within the hour. He said That we should be grateful that we were saving money cause their prices are so great, was hostile, and refused to acknowledge their error of bringing 6 seats for 8 people who were well under the weight capacity. We encourage all not to use them, we've had great experiences with many other outfitters. pros: The Pilots were great, their Planes were fine. We felt safe. Pricing was same as most.

Would highly recommend the Dorris family to fly with! I've had the opportunity to fly with both Mike and Bill, and I would trust them any day in the backcountry. As my grandpa always said \if you're flying with a Dorris you have nothing to worry about.

I went flying with one of their pilots into the Selway. VERY challenging landing! Handled it like it was nothing. And he knew every inch of the back country. These guys know what they are doing :)
