The company I work for ordered a Servo Valve we needed for an Injection molding machine from Ebay that was through SB Industrial Supply. The Valve was great and as advertised. We got what we ordered and everything was great. But once we installed it we quickly realized we had ordered the wrong valve. One number in the part number was off. The problem with this company was the return. We sent it back with in the 30 day return window. We got confirmation that they received it, and even seen it back on Ebay for sale! But we never got refunded the money! 2119.95 is a lot of money to not be returned. We called them and they answered right away until they realized why we were calling. Then we got the whole song and dance of well the guy we needed to talk to was on vacation. No one ever returns our calls. We keep trying but still no call. This was returned in August of 2018, it is now January 2019! Buy at your own risk!
