Ordered a Bakers Pride DS-805 pizza oven, when it was received, it did not work. it was completely missing the valve assembly, deflector and a variety of other parts. We spent an additional 1400 to install them to get it to working condition. Sb has been unresponsive to email and phone inquiries.

bad product bad customer service strong arm CROOKS please also read yellow pages reviews (TERRIBLE horror STORIES) sells broken equipment they got in a liquidation sale of stuff that was broken in the first place (and they know it). HOW IS THIS BUSINESS STILL OPEN ?
