Made our reservations on December 7 for four Trikes. They took our money and confirmed our reservation. We arrived in Sanibel on February 19 and found out that they actually had NO Trikes for us and they canceled our reservation without even calling us or refunding our money. We called to find out where our Trikes were and they told us they couldn’t help us. Bad customer service? You bet. Don’t care attitude? Absolutely! If you want a want to be abused by someone who takes your money for two months and then won’t follow through, then this is the company for you.

When I called, I was lied to and told that they left me 2 messages on the 19th that they did not have any trikes. Zero messages or calls from their phone number. When I called them on Feb 20, I was told they actually had NO Trikes for us. They took the money on Dec 7 from my account, but canceled our reservation without calling us or refunding our money. Bad customer service? You bet. Don’t care attitude? Absolutely! If you want to be abused by someone who takes your money for two months and then won’t follow through, then this is the company for you.
