We have rented pontoons on multiple occasions from Scallop Cove Too with excellent service every time. The staff was always there to assist us on and off the boats, we didn't have technical issues with the boats and we will be back, looking forward to our next visit!

Rented pontoon for the day

From business owner to business owner, our 1 hour (originally rented for four hours) was not up to par. First, when we arrived the staff of one was not properly prepared to handle the business that was scheduled. Then, the original pontoon boat that we rented was not available. (maintenance issues). After we regrouped by having three in our party not be able to go due to capacity issues, the remaining members of our party (including a baby) disembarked. The pontoon boat then broke down three times. We tried to reach the owners several times from the receipt and the number off of the boat at least 8 times! We were offered a half day and should have been offered a full refund. Not properly prepared or staffed will always get a business and owner a bad review hands down-especially when a baby is on board! Sincerely not impressed.

We rented a boat over Thanksgiving break with our family and had such an awesome time on the water! Caleb rented it to us and told us told us the best places to go! We saw at least 30 dolphins, a few loggerhead sea turtles, 2 huge schools of stingray, and so much more. We even got the dolphins to play in the boats wake! Super clean and new boats too which is a plus! We will be renting again from Scallop Cove!!
