Came in today ready to purchase more items for our home that we saw online and nobody helped us. There was no other people in the store. No one greeted us or offered us any help. We walked around for about 45 min and both sales man walked passed about 4-5 times with no acknowledgement. It’s a shame because we had such a good experience here before with Ed. We will just have to go to the other location or buy online.

I really like this furniture place. Good decor, holds up super well (my mom bought a sofa sleeper almost 2 years ago and used regularly, it is still fabulous both as a nice chair and a sleeper!). I like that the prices are fabulous, and I still get to pick out the fabric I want, etc. And the sales people are never pushy and make time for me. Will be back for sure!

Delivery came early (ahead of agreed upon time window) and said that they called but never called to confirm change of timing. The sectional that we ordered did not fit together. They tried leaving it at our house until they could figure out the return. Had to force the delivery service to return it to the warehouse. Called Scandinavian Designs during this process and they said they were too busy with other customers to help. Once I mentioned I wasn't signing the receiving documents, they started to answer our call.. Even had the delivery team talk to Jill and Anthony. Jill was snappy and Anthony was clearly annoyed with trying to help us. Overall terrible customer service and care from Scandinavian Designs. All that said, the delivery team was kind, respectful, and willing to try to help us out. But they did scratch our wood floor and damage the trim to the garage door. Go somewhere else!

We purchased a rug from this store. It had to be ordered and they worked with us to make sure we could pick it up at their store when we were coming through town. Everyone we spoke to at the store is friendly and helpful. Would definitely purchase something else there. When we went in to pick up the rug, we had a look around and picked up a beautiful vase too.

Good luck with this place for furniture. Ordered over 20k worth of furniture over three separate orders. Every time the furniture arrived broken or poorly assembled. The company that delivers for them is call Chess Moves and they don't care about anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid this overpriced poorly run furniture store.
