I had a really great experience with Suzanne at Westchester Tile and Marble. The selection is different/better than what I found at other tile locations in lower Westchester and the service was miles above the rest. I was very overwhelmed with the tile selection process, and Suzanne put me at ease, helped clarify my vision and I was able to select some great tile! The ordering process was easy. Recommend highly.

I stopped by a dozen tile shops to try and match some marble. The service at Westchester Tile was noticeably superior to any other shop I visited. The woman on the floor and the gentleman in the back were both very helpful. Thank you!
I don't have any tile store experience to compare it to, but everyone was courteous and prompt. The materials appear to be excellent quality. I don't know how to improve on the experience.
