During the recent passing of our Mother, James treated us kindly and with compassion. This is a heartbreaking time in our lives and on top of it everyone in the world is dealing with a pandemic! That makes it difficult to have a funeral service! We did not have a service but James helped us with everything we needed to do! Thank You James️

Our father passed away on March 22 and we were unable to have a regular funeral and burial service due to COVID-19. Al at Clauser's helped us navigate this uncharted territory. He was kind, caring, and understanding throughout the process. We had a private burial, with everyone practicing social distancing. It is never an easy time, but with the added restrictions and inability for us to be together as a family, it was especially comforting to know we were in good hands. Al was patient and walked us through each step of the way and gave us all the information we needed. We were so thankful for everything he did to help us have a dignified burial that honored and reflected our father. We plan to have a private memorial service at a later date and Clauser Funeral Home will be assisting us. We highly recommend using Clauser's.

The service seemed very rushed and cold, almost like they wanted us out of their way. The associate seemed like he wanted all of us gone as fast as possible. The associate also gave the bill during the service (!) which is extremely inappropriate.

Waited 3 hrs for clauser to drive 2 miles just for him to say that they won't deal with my father because we're poor then he leaves. 1 star because 0 isn't a option
