I had the misfortune of having a gas leak in my furnace. Nicor told me I needed a new furnace. I called Brett's office and set up a claim on an endorsement to my homeowners policy. I was contacted quickly and my claim was processed. I was very pleased to receive a check in the mail. The process was easy and did not take much time. A big thank you to Brett's staff and Marcus in claims!

Very nice and professional ppl. I bought renters insurance and ended up switching my car insurance from progressive to State Farm. My car insurance is literally less than half of what I was paying progressive and with better coverage. The renters insurance is also very well priced with great coverage. Look forward to working with this agency again when I buy my next vehicle.

I have worked with Brett and his staff for many years. Until recently I never had to file a claim. I was very impressed with the service provided by Brett and his team. Brett or Jill were always quick to respond to my e-mails or phone calls and provided constant updates/advice throughout the entire process which is all anyone wants when going through a claim for the first time on their house. In my opinion nothing is more important than customer service and they knocked it out of the park.
