The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing and welcoming. I absolutely adore the staff and the food. I highly recommend coming here on any occasion. They do really well with cleaning and using safety precautions during this pandemic. Easy to order for lunch or dinner as well.

We had our first company function last night at Chicago Prime Italian Steakhouse to celebrate recent accomplishments. Honestly, I was apprehensive about putting together a group of more than five or six people at any restaurant...inside or outside. Our group was going to be 20 people, so I made sure to call ahead to see if they could accommodate our group and what safety precautions I could pass on to my team of employees and their spouses to assure that everyone felt safe. From the time we pulled into the parking lot you can tell that Andy John and his staff have been well trained and prepared for people with reservations, as well as walk ins. There are high top tables outside for people waiting for their table and the bar area had been prepared for people who desired to wait inside and taken precautions to minimize touch points and close interactions with guest and staff. All staff members wore masks that entire night, and sanitizing stations were in sight in every direction. Although the experience of Family Style eating is definitely \different\, the experience was the best I have had at a restaurant since things opened up in the last couple months. The staff continued to remove any plates, utensils, or glasses the minute anyone was done with a course. At first...it seemed a little over the top, but it was obvious that this staff had been well trained to make sure patrons were safe and that there was not going to be someone grabbing another person's plate, utensil, or glass. The food awesome...We had a variety of appetizers, entrees, and deserts. the portions were enough for most to take home lunch! Great job to the entire staff at Chicago Prime Italian Steakhouse.
