Before the pandemic, I made a purchase, never opened it, could not get my money back, but returned it & was stuck with a 15 store credit. All three of representatives I dealt with here were polite but have strange hardball tactics. They want to sell me Starter or Ocean Pacific beginner styles when I want this one discontinued 65 fine fragrance for maybe 15 off; they don't seem to budge. It's too bad really; there are so many hidden gems in there you don't feel comfortable looking around striking deals; my head is usually spinning smelling unknown items that may cause confusion. Now that I've grown more familiar with the choices I prefer, perhaps the appropriate moment will arise in the future, as I can understand the mixed reviews by others.

Absolute nightmare buying from these people. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are selling knock off fragrances!!! They claim they have been in business for 20 years yet they do not know what they are talking about. My friends and I purchased 2 different colognes and both of them happened to be a different color and smell from other department stores. Nordstrom and Macy’s are the way to go. They are giving you “discounts” for every person because they won’t be able to sell their items otherwise. When I went to go return my cologne, it took me running back and forth to both of their stores within the stores which happen to be all the way across the mall. Also, i was cussed out in their language which i happened to understand as well. Both store employees were immensely flustered during the whole return process and kept on arguing. I suggest paying the original price for any fragrance you desire instead of getting ripped off by these people. STAY AWAY!!
*BEWARE*I’m not sure how these people are allowed to operate at the mall. They have fake perfumes,boxes are sealed so when you get home and open product the wordings and color of the logos are off. I took my ysl to Nordstrom and they confirmed it was a Fake. When you try to return it they don’t take returns. Beware they are fake boxes look legit product is fake
I have heard about this store from a very good friend that recommended that I go buy my perfumes there and I am happy that I listened to him. Store has great selection and what a great prices. The best part is the owner is truly helpful of helping you pick up the right perfume, either for you or if you want to buy it as a gift. You will be surprised to learn more about perfumes if you do no know much. I did.
Don’t allow returns, overcharge for every single product they carry and the owner rushes you to close a sale. Don’t bother going here. Don’t waste your money on this shady business.

I have been buying all of my perfumes from Amir for 14 years in his Woodfield Mall location, he's selection and prices are unbeatable. He's knowledge, his attitude, customer service is priceless. He also carries hard to find brands, or even discontinued brands that I love. Check other store prices and go visit Amir, you will be surprised. Highly recommend his store.
I highly recommend them for your perfume purchase! They seem to have an unlimited amount of supply and will happily work with you to get you the scent you want for an affordable price. Great customer service and always willing to work with multiple people at once to make sure everyone has time to make their decision on what they want! Definitely coming back In the future!
