As a former US Olympic judo coach, Master Koo is knowledgeable and a fantastic teacher. There are numerous classes for both children and adults. I appreciate the way he is able to motivate younger kids (like my daughter) who would otherwise have difficulty listening. I attend the Monday/Friday judo class, and I enjoy the mix of technique practice, sparring, and general conditioning. Two one-hour classes each week have gotten me in better shape than I’ve been in since I was a high school athlete.
