I was pleasantly surprised by the competence & responsiveness of this company. It started with Christine. I wanted my parents windows cleaned. The gentleman (Javier) was prompt & professional . I will definitely use them again but next season I will add another service... gutters. Gail P
Update on prior review: the general manager called me and we talked through a miscommunication about the bid we received. He also discounted the price, to honor the original bid, which I appreciated. I would still like to emphasize that their cleaners should be wearing masks over their noses (not just mouths) when they are in people’s homes. That was stressful as we have toddlers and it was too cold to be outside when they were here.
I was very pleased with the service. I had a problem and the matter was resolved by the general manager very quickly. He called me after seeing my review and the matter was dealt with to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend them.
Fantastic service! The crew came out today to clean my gutters and unclog my downspouts, just in time for us to put up our Christmas lights. Highly recommend.
