I had Vinyl installed on my small powder bathroom floor. The entire installation took too long. The base of the floor looked great. The next few days, I noticed drainage on the floor coming from the toilet and sink. I tried to get it resolved but a run around. At this point, I am unable to use this bathroom until I have the issue fixed. I will not use Luna for services anymore!

Luna store manager, Mark Costigan was great to work with and delivered as he promised and kept me updated every step of the way. We obtained a few estimates before deciding on which company to trust with our flooring job, and Luna was such a great value and very convenient being a company that does it all. This job was somewhat big, we replaced our entire upstairs and downstairs carpet, that includes all bedrooms, closets, hallways, etc with vinyl flooring, and for the stairs replaced the carpet with new. Everything turned out better than expected and looks great! (Photo taken at night and doesn't do justice) The installers, Peter and Francisco, were top-notch, and highly-professional. The job took four days from removing the old carpet to installing flooring. Then another team of two to finished installing carpet on the stairs. I couldn't be home to supervise as I had to be at work, and felt at ease when I met them as they were professional and seemed and trust-worthy. If you want a no-hassle experience, and value, I highly recommend doing business with the Luna in Schaumburg. I would refer my family members, and will do business with them again in the future.
My name is Napoleon Santos,we have an ongoing installation of my flooring since monday( feb. 8, 2021) our sales rep. Messed up and did not include a baseboard on the order,been trying to contact sales rep or manager since monday no response from luna management,we are so patience but this is not acceptable.thought this company is better but so dissapointed. I was thinking to cancel our installation.or not pay them for a job that was not done.
Sales associate came to our house. Measured every room and gave us a quote. Asked for 300 deposit to lock the price. I should have say no. He told us we can get our money anytime we want. I repeat , anytime we want. Few days later we decided we won't be buying carpets with them. They told us we had 2 days to decide that and its too late to get then deposit back. I fought that and received 270 in check back(I gave them cash). On top of that they showed up 2 weeks after giving us a quote to install carpets. Their quote was 3000 . I found local, family owned shop who did the job for 1500.
Wow! These guys did such a fantastic and efficient job! I had been planning to install flooring myself but quickly realized that the details needed soon expertise. They installed my living room and bathroom floors in one day and made sure all the tricky details were done right. I'm so happy. Look no further for your flooring needs. A
