Had some old gold jewelry and coins collecting dust so I looked online for a reputable shop where I could sell (didn’t want a pawn shop) and came upon this place. I was honestly nervous as I’ve never gone to this type of shop. I was pleasantly surprised. The women who work there couldn’t have been nicer. They made the entire process so easy. Will definitely be using their services again with old jewelry and coins. I highly recommend. They are also super safe during this time and allow only one customer at a time and lock the door. I appreciate that kind of service.

It was my first time ever selling jewelry. I found PGS Schaumburg through a google search “sell gold near me” and decided to go there based on the good reviews even though I live in Chicago. Susan made the process quick and easy! She was transparent about the process and provided what I think was a fair price for what I brought in. She was also very pleasant and professional. It was well worth the trek from Chicago. Bonus points for the plastic shields and hand sanitizer for covid. I’ll definitely be back!
