I think it must be a rule that they only hire models or something, the employees, of both genders, are all attractive and friendly. They had everything I needed. Its expensive and they are shady with not labeling certain prices in hopes you bring it to the register and are too committed to change your mind, but I guess you get to call the shots when you have a freaking Ferris Wheel in your store. 9/10, would ride escalators again.

We took our puppy into Scheels for his first outing. He had a great time and the staff were so friendly. I see many more visits in his future.
Had to return a gift my wife bought me because she has horrible taste and they were able to give me credit without a receipt or tag. The customer service guy Braden was super helpful and accommodating. This is my goto establishment for sports and recreational equipment. It is a little pricey, but usually carries quality product. 4/5 will come again.
